Thank you for shopping at Ticktype! We are passionate about crafting premium mechanical keyboards for enthusiasts like you. All our American orders are shipped directly from our US-based warehouse for fast and reliable delivery.
1. Order Processing
1).American orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
2).Orders from other regions are shipped from Asia within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
Other regions:Orders placed after 12 PM Asia will be ship on day.

Our US warehouse currently ship within the United States (all 50 states).

4. Delivery Times
USA: 3-4 days
Europe: 7-10 days
Southeast Asia: 3-5 days
Australia: 7-10 days
South America: 7-10 days
Middle East:5-7 days
The delivery times above are estimates and begin from the day your order is shipped, not the day you place your order.
While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional carrier delays (especially during peak seasons or due to weather) can occur and are outside of our control.

6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our site.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your keyboard to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your package appears to be damaged upon delivery:
Please refuse the delivery if possible, and contact us immediately at Support_sales@ticktype.com
If you've already accepted the package and find the product damaged inside, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the shipping box and the damaged product so we can assist you and file a claim with the carrier.
For packages lost in transit, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship you a replacement keyboard at no cost to you.

Need to change your shipping address? You must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once your order has entered the processing phase, we cannot guarantee address changes.
