Return Eligibility
Products purchased directly from our official website may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be returned in good condition

Include the original packaging, accessories, cables, keycap puller, switch puller, manuals, and any included items

Be free from intentional damage, misuse, liquid damage, heavy scratches, modification, or signs of improper handling

Not have missing parts or accessories
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a reasonable amount if the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use beyond normal inspection and testing.
Non-Quality Related Returns
If the product has no quality issue but you would still like to return it, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery.
For non-quality related returns:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

The refund will cover the product cost only

The product must be returned to the address provided by our support team

The customer must provide the return tracking number after shipping the item back
Please do not return any product without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

We provide a 1-year warranty for hardware and quality-related issues.
