Return & Exchange Policy

At Ticktype, we stand behind the quality of our mechanical keyboards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the terms of our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be whole packaging, and include all original parts and accessories (e.g., keycap pullers, USB cables, documentation). At the same time, the keyboard is not damaged at all.

You must initiate the return within 14 days of the delivery date.

A express fee need apply for  non-defective returns (one way).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Damaged keyboards. Please inspect your keyboard upon delivery.

Keyboards with any physical damage, or missing components.

Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

3. Return Process (3 Simple Steps)

Step 1: Contact Us
Within 14 days of delivery, contact our support team at Support_sales@ticktype.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2: Ship the Item
Securely pack the keyboard in its original packaging, including all accessories. Mail your return to the following address:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.(Before that, please inform us of your returned logistics bill number)

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges &Damaged/Defective Items

We only offer exchanges for the same item if it is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your keyboard is defective or damaged: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support_sales@ticktype.com and provide photos/videos of the defect or damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. You will not be responsible for return shipping in these cases.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days after the refund is processed for the funds to appear in your account.

6.warranty terms

We will provide you with one-year worry-free after-sales service (excluding freight). Please do not alter this warranty service card without authorization to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
