1).American orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

2).Orders from other regions are shipped from Asia within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).

Other regions:Orders placed after 12 PM Asia will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

Our US warehouse currently ship within the United States (all 50 states). It arrived about 3-5 days after we ship the packagee

Europe, Australia, the Middle East and South America will take about 7-10 days to arrived
Asia will take about 3-5 days to arrived

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our site.

You can also log in to the websites of transportation companies and enter your tracking number to check.

Within 14 days after the tracking information shows the receipt.

We only accept:Visa / Mastercard / Maestro / JCB / American Express / Diners Club / Discover / Klarna / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal

Common reasons for failed payments include:

Insufficient funds.

Incorrect card details (e.g., card number, expiration date, CVV).

Your bank declining the transaction for security reasons.

We suggest buying a data cable that supports 8k return rate, preferably Green Link Anke.

Soak the mouse pad in warm water of about 30 degrees Celsius for a while, then apply some detergent and lightly brush the surface of the mouse pad with a brush. At this time, the dust and stains on the table mat will dissolve in the warm water.
After rinsing with clean water, squeeze out the water and hang it in a cool place to dry. Be careful not to use excessive force to avoid deformation of the table mat.

We do not recommend customers disassemble the keyboard and clean the inside by themselves, as this may damage the casing or affect the warranty. Use a small brush to brush away the hair and dust between the switches. 

Be careful not to use alcohol-containing liquids to wipe the UV-printed pattern on the keyboard shell, and do not store the keyboard in direct sunlight high temperature, or other abnormal environments for a long time.

Both the dye-sublimation printed PBT keycaps and the two-color molded ABS keycaps can be cleaned with detergent. Be sure to dry the moisture thoroughly before reinstalling the keyboard, otherwise the keys may malfunction. 

There may be water in the cross at the bottom of the keycap. Please wait at least two or three days to put them back on the keyboard.

Step 1: First check whether the lighting mode is adjusted. fn+delete press and hold for 3 seconds to reset and check whether the lighting is still on.

Step 2: Let the user quickly remove the cover, pick up the inner container, wipe the magnetic suction port, and put the inner container away again without covering the magnetic suction port.

Step 3:Check whether it is an original cable and whether the interface is a USB 3.0 interface.

Step 4: If there is no improvement, go through the normal retuen process.

Switch to mac mode, switch back to win mode.

The mode at port c needs to be switched to 2.4g mode.

FN+4 Press and hold for 3 seconds and then plug the receiver into the USB 3.0 position on the fuselage.

The keyboard needs to be placed closest to the receiver and waiting for the identification connection.

Step 1: Check whether the keyboard light is on? Is the link normal?

Step 2: Because DP104 has a little array screen, atmosphere lights and a large number of axis lights, it needs more current to drive it. The wires made of general materials will lead to insufficient power supply, so please use our original wires or better quality ones, for example, 8K wires from Anke and Lvlian.
