Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The keyboard must still be in good condition
- No intentional damage, misuse, liquid damage, or major scratches
- All accessories and included items should be returned together
Notes
- It’s okay if the outer box becomes slightly dirty or damaged during testing
- The transparent outer plastic wrap can be opened for testing
- Please do not remove the protective film on the RGB/light area during the trial period
- Missing accessories or parts may result in additional fees
